Pfeifer, Morgan & Stesiak is honored to announce that founding partner Daniel Pfeifer has been nominated by his peers for consideration for the 2016 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award.
Each year, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association recognizes one outstanding lawyer in the state who honors the legal profession and is a true defender of the people.
Mr. Pfeifer was nominated by one of his peers who highlighted his commitment to his clients and his work in fighting for the best interests of those who have been injured in Indiana.
The nomination specifically mentioned Mr. Pfeifer’s work on a recent case in which he was able to secure a $4,661,250 verdict despite the fact that liability in the case was hotly disputed.
Thanks to his significant preparation for the trial and his dedication to getting the best outcome for his client, he confidently declined a $1,000,000 offer from the defendants, knowing that knowing that his client deserved a greater amount.
In his 37 years of practicing law, Mr. Pfeifer has been recognized on several occasions for his outstanding work and achievements. He is among less than one percent of U.S. trial lawyers who have been named as members of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum and in 2016 was named as one of the “10 Best” attorneys in Indiana for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Mr. Pfeifer has also been a longtime member of the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and is currently President of the association’s governmental affairs program, LAW PAC.
