Pfeifer, Morgan & Stesiak is pleased to announced that founding partner Daniel H. Pfeifer received the honor of being chosen the Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
This award is given to an attorney who fights to advocate for the people while consistently upholding and adhering to the honor of the legal profession.
Other qualifications for this award include an attorney who:
- Has handled a major public case in either a state or federal court
- Assists the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) in fighting for the rights of consumers and injured victims in both state legislature and at the U.S. Congress
- Commits his or her time to furthering the mission of the ITLA by serving as a member, publishing articles and presenting as an advocate for the rights of injured victims and consumers
- Has earned both the respect and admiration of his or her colleagues due to the completion of noteworthy activities
Mr. Pfeifer is an accomplished personal injury lawyer who has been recognized many times during his career, both in Indiana and throughout the U.S. for his achievements as a trial lawyer. He has been included in the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group in which less than one percent of U.S. trial lawyers can claim membership.
